Throughout the year I rotate my supplements as needed. But, the 2 immune boosters that are always on my counter are black seed oil and oil of oregano. I take black seed oil daily. I take oil of oregano when I've been in crowded spaces, once a week during cooler months, or when I feel something coming on. I use the following brands and have been taking them for years. For black seed, my go-to is Amazing Herbs. And my fave oil of oregano brands are MyKind Organics and Mary Ruth's.
